HOW TO GET
THERE : |
Self drive :
Approximately 3 hours from Bangkok (total distance
of 200 kms) there are two rountes to get to Tassanee
Beach.
|
1. Bangkok -
Nakhon Pathom, Ratchaburi – Phetchaburi - Hua Hin
From Bangkok, driving on
Boromrajchonanee Road or Frontage Road, passing
Buddhamonthon Sai 4 Junction , take the Phetkasem
Road (Highway No.4) to Hua Hin via Nakhon Chaisri,
Nakhon Pathom, Ratchaburi, Phetchaburi, and then to
Hua Hin District (Prachuap Khiri Khan), Tassanee
Beach is about 70 metres passing The Naresuan Camp,
11 kms before HuaHin.
2. Bangkok – Samut Sakhon – Samut Songkhram–
Phetchaburi - Hua Hin
Take Phra Rama 2 Road
(Highway No.35), start from the Rama 9 Bridge
passing Ake-Ka-Chai Road to Samut Sakhon, Samut
Songkhram, then to Pak Tho District (Ratchaburi) and
reach the Phetkasem Road at Wang Manao Junction.
Take the route to Hua Hin District (Prachuap Khiri
Khan), Tassanee Beach is about 70 metres passing The
Naresuan Camp, 11 kms before HuaHin. |

BY BUS AND VAN
Take the bus at the Southern Bus Terminal :
1st Class air-con
2nd Class air-con
Ordinary bus
- The 1st Class air-con takes a new route from Samut
Sakhon – Samut Songkhram – Phetchaburi - Hua Hin
- There is a public van from Bangkok to Hua Hin.
(Take the van at the Victory Monument, in front of
the Rajavithi Hospital) Three places to get on/off
the van : Phetchaburi, Cha-am Crossroads and Hua Hin.
- The van can drop you off at the entrance of
Tassanee Beach.

BY TRAIN
- From Bangkok to Hua Hin, there are several trains
daily: Ordinary, Fast, and Special Express.
- Three places to get on the train : Hua Lamphong
Railway Station, Bang Sue Railway Station, and Sam
Sen Railway Station.
